These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Deal Raptr platform (“Deal Raptr”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing, viewing, registering for, or using the platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM.

1. Platform Purpose

Deal Raptr is a real estate software platform providing tools for lead management, offer calculations, listing creation, buyer tracking, analytics, and workflow organization.

Deal Raptr does NOT act as a broker, agent, lender, attorney, investment advisor, or real estate professional.

2. User Responsibility

All data entered into the platform — including property details, values, offers, leads, photos, pricing, and communications — is entirely provided by users.

You acknowledge that all outputs, calculations, offers, and listings are generated solely from user input.

Deal Raptr does not verify accuracy, legality, market value, ownership, condition, zoning, title, or financial assumptions.

3. No Liability for Results

Any deals, losses, profits, contracts, offers, or communications resulting from use of the platform are solely the responsibility of the user.

Deal Raptr shall not be held liable for:

  • Financial loss
  • Failed transactions
  • Incorrect calculations
  • Seller or buyer disputes
  • Legal or regulatory violations
  • Lost profits or opportunities

4. No Professional Advice

Nothing on the platform constitutes legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.

You are solely responsible for consulting licensed professionals before entering into any real estate transaction.

5. Child Protection

Deal Raptr does not knowingly collect or solicit information from individuals under the age of 18.

If you believe a minor has provided personal data, contact us immediately at help@dealraptr.com.

6. Subscription & Payments

All subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Downgrades, cancellations, and renewals are managed through the billing portal.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

DEAL RAPTR’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO DEAL RAPTR IN THE PREVIOUS THREE (3) MONTHS, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

8. Acceptance

By accessing or using Deal Raptr — whether or not you create an account — you acknowledge and agree to these Terms in full.

Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance.
